Introduction to language animation (a technique used to engage people in language learning in a fun and interactive way), discussion of the benefits of multilingualism for personal and professional growth, exploration of the cultural significance of languages and how they shape identity and society. |

Exploring the balance between urban development and nature, with a focus on creating accessible, green spaces in cities. A guided nature walk discussing how natural spaces contribute to mental well-being and community cohesion. |

Workshop on Democracy & Freedom of Speech |
Brief introduction to democracy and the fundamental principles of democratic societies; Freedom of speech as a human right and its role in democratic societies; Discussion on the limits of freedom of speech: When does free speech cross into harmful territory, such as hate speech, intolerance, and racism? |

Pierogi Social Club (Cooking Workshop)

Introduction to Polish culture: A short presentation on Poland, focusing on traditions, food, and the cultural significance of pierogis; participants will learn about Polish cooking traditions and how food can serve as a means of bringing communities together. The introduction will also address the often overlooked migration from Central and Eastern Europe, the stereotyping of Eastern European cultures, and the issue of anti-Slavic sentiment in Western discourse. |

| Evening Reflection & Social Games | Wrap-Up and Social Togetherness: relaxed evening together playing games and sharing thoughts; a chance for participants to reflect on the day’s learning and relax, fostering informal conversation and connections. |

Day 2 - Sunday

A brief recap of the previous day’s activities, followed by a team energizer activity led by the participants themselves; this could be a yoga session or a fun game to start the day. |

| Workshop: Youth Project Planning (1) |
Introduction of the key stages of a youth project: conceptualizing, planning, executing, and evaluating. Participants will gain practical project management skills and the confidence to organize and implement their own youth projects in the future. |

| Workshop: Youth Project Planning (2) |
Introduction to further project management planning: budgeting and financing of a youth project, as well as risk management and evaluation tools. Continue building project management skills with a focus on practical tools for creating and sustaining youth-led initiatives. Participants will leave with enhanced project planning skills and a clearer vision of how to execute a successful youth project. |
