More Taste, Less Waste! - Youth encounter with Tanzania 2023/2024

SDG12 - sustainable consumption and production is the focus of our youth encounter project between Germany and Zanzibar, Tanzania 2023-2024!

Together with our partner "Practical Permaculture Institute" in Zanzibar, Tanzania, we staged an encounter between German and Tanzanian youth. The focus of the project was on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations, in particular SDG 12 - "responsible consumption and production". Through joint online workshops and two 16-day visits to Zanzibar and Berlin, we learnt together about fair trade and sustainability.
