Stronger Together - Civic Engagement, Media, and the Power to Create Impact
The Ludwig Wolker Association, in cooperation with the Armenian Agency of Germany (AAG) and the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU), invited young people from Germany and Armenia to an international youth encounter. Together, we explored Berlin and Yerevan, Germany and Armenia, and the topic of "Civil Participation and Media."
Dates of the encounter:
- June 29, 2025: Online Get to Know Each Other (Zoom)
- August 2, 2025: Preparatory meeting in Berlin
- August 24 - 31, 2025 in Yerevan
- October 19 - 25, 2025 in Berlin
What we did:
- Background discussions with journalists
- Embassy visits in Yerevan and Berlin
- Meetings with local communities in rural Armenia
- Workshops on print media, radio, and social media
- Visit to the German Parliament in Berlin
- Intercultural evenings
- Sightseeing in Armenia and Germany
